Playground file opened in previous session won't run

      If you open a project/workspace that had a .mongodb file open when you closed it last time, VS Code will re-open it as expected.

      However, when you try to run it you get this error. Closing the file and re-opening it fixes the problem.

      In pre-0.2.0 versions we would not display an error but the playground would keep returning undefined until you closed an re-open it again.
