Show connection form error in connection form instead of just in the vscode alert

      Currently, when an error occurs or the connection fails when we connect from the connection form, we show the message `Failed to connect` in the connection form. We show the actual error in the alert in vscode at the bottom right. This ticket involves showing that error in the connection form.
