      • Upgrade VSCode language serve dependencies that require an upgrade to webpack5, because the latest `vscode-languageserver` uses optional parameters in node.
      • Upgrade to webpack5 that requires an upgrade to the latest `mongodb-data-service` that removes webpack exports: https://github.com/mongodb-js/compass/pull/2990
      • Upgrade to the latest DataService (we might need to make `mongodb-client-encryption` optional in DataService, because in VSCode is universal for macos x64 and arm64)
      • Upgrade to the latest vscode engine
      • Upgrade to node 16
      • Upgrade node driver to 4.9.1
