Once we have a command to view our log file we'd like these logs to be useful for helping us debug issues.

Let's add logging for the following situations (or check it exists already):

• Data service events (and connection attempts).
• Saved connection loading events (start, success, failure).
• Playground execution events.
• Uncaught error handling.
• Extension commands
• Extension activation (time) and and deactivation
