Problem Statement/Rationale

After refresh the dbs, collection, and filed completions are missing

Steps to Reproduce

• Connect to localhost
• Use the command palette to create a playground with a template
• Run the playground
• Run refresh from the contextual menu of the current connection
• Observe that the new db and collection were added to the list
• In the current playground trigger db, collection, or field completion

Expected Results

The new db, collection, or field are suggested by completer

Actual Results

All db, collection, or field completions are missing (old and new ones)

Other refresh are also broken
