Now that we use javascript files for playgrounds, it might be the case that more extensions can apply their features to the playground content. As reported in VSCODE-477, some of them might add commands that are confusing to the context menu. To mitigate that, we can add our own context menu item that would clearly specify an option to run mongodb code snippet in a playground context
