Currently if you chose "Start Stream Processing" there is no indication that anything happened.  I have an SPP that fails

If I right click and "Start Stream Processor"

Nothing happens, even though in the background I think it is attempting to provision the SPP.

Expected Result:

An icon change, a state change to "PROVISIONING"
