Problem Statement/Rationale

Recent changes in https://github.com/mongodb-js/vscode/pull/866 may have unintentionally led to too much filtering and increased re-prompting of the namespace after some time. Needs to be looked into more and fixed.

Steps to Reproduce

How could an engineer replicate the issue you’re reporting?

-Run i.e. /query
- It asks for connection, database, collection, etc.
- Select all that, run whatever else you want, namespace / database name.
- Run some other commands.
- Eventually you'll see the prompt again all in the same session

Not to be prompted after using the command

Ended up being prompted.
