A new setting is added - mdb.showOverviewPageAfterInstall with a default value of `true` that we should probably add to https://www.mongodb.com/docs/mongodb-vscode/settings/ . When set to `false`, the welcome/overview page won't be shown after the extension is installed. This is useful for example in containerized environments, such as github codespaces, where the work environment is all setup and users don't need to see it every time they create a workspace.
