In Java, no way to access record number ('r') keys

      Noticed with AsyncOp, there is no

      {Put,Get}

      KeyRecno() method, and PutKeyLong() cannot be used with key declared as 'r'. Get message "format mismatch, wanted 'q', got 'r'". Presumably the same problem with Cursor.PutKeyLong().
