I was running the AWS HD box with voxer-10k-short (modified for 30 second runtime) with verbose=(metadata). It crashed with:

Here are the contents of the database. It looks similar to the odd WT-976 database contents, but chunk 2 does have a bloom filter, although chunk 1 does not.
