There's no way to dump the WiredTiger metadata file.

      There's no way to dump the metadata file, because of the way the metadata cursor works, you can't do wt dump file:WiredTiger.wt any more.

      michaelcahill wants wt dump metadata: to work instead.

      I'm guessing this gets documented in the wt dump command (we're declaring a command-line URI will have a special meaning).
