Initially the scope here is limited to verifying what RTS does remove, as opposed to verifying that the entire database has no unstable updates, that all timestamps are in order etc.

I'll start by investigating the timestamp verifier in a previous ticket, then I'll take a look at some RTS logs and tweak them for machine-readability.
