There will be two developer working on this ticket either individually or collaboratively. The developer will install the SDK locally on their machine and write out an example code that has the functionality to:

1. Create buckets
2. List the newly created buckets
3. Add object files to the buckets
4. List the objects in the buckets
5. Delete the object files in the buckets
6. Delete the newly created buckets

Definition of Done
The developer will attach the finished example code to this ticket that uses GCP SDK. The example code will be able to create buckets, list the buckets, add object file the created bucket.
