This ticket will involve setting up the catch2 unit testing framework for GCP. The developer will need to investigate how we can add catch2 to the storage source folder. This will most likely mean that we will be working with CMake to setup the framework with an empty test case. The solution should follow closely to S3's unit testing framework.
