This issue is to be addressed after the WT-9812, chunk cache is closed. Chunk cache uses the object name to find cached chunks. It assumes the name length limit of 50. This is incorrect. AWS object names can be as long as 1024 characters long. Additionally, ddanderson thinks that we don't need to use the object ID in the file identification structure, because the object ID will always be embedded in the file name.
