      When running python3 comment_style.py against a local tree, I'm seeing errors detecting comments in Makefile.in (lots of them).

      Along with errors related to comment formatting in bench/workgen/workgen.c as well as ext/storage_sources/gcp_store/gcp_storage_source.cpp

      We should fix the script to exclude Makefile.in and fix the comments in the other programs.
