Add the checkpoint name to the logs when we try to delete it while in use

      Checkpoints are marked for deletion in __checkpoint_lock_dirty_tree_int and we should not delete one that is in use as seen in WT-10802. This ticket should add the checkpoint name that is marked for deletion while it's being used.
