There are currently a handful of logs in the testy framework, with this ticket we want to have logs all throughout the testy framework to make debugging any issues or crashes easier, and to have more informative updates. It would be good to have different levels of logging that can be filtered by CloudWatch logs.

This ticket will add logging in all the sensible places of the testy framework, then add these logs to testy dashboard through widgets and log querying.
