Increase the timeout value for the testy services

      The TimeoutSec value for the backup/crash services is set to 3600s. AWS was running quite slow today and I hit the following error:

      testy-crash@sample.service: start operation timed out. Terminating.
testy-crash@sample.service: Main process exited, code=killed, status=15/TERM
testy-crash@sample.service: Failed with result 'timeout'.

      We should increase those timeout values to higher.
