s-all should not run on multiple variants

      The current task s-all is tagged with the pull_request and executed on multiple variants, Ubuntu and Ubuntu ASAN. Having the task executed on Ubuntu should be good enough.

      We could declare a dedicated tag for s-all and just add it to the desired variant.
