Following up from our meeting with Antithesis, we are going to try more options with our containers:

• Enable more configuration options in their configuration — in particular more rows.
  Provide a build with WT_DIAGNOSTIC_YIELD disabled.
• In addition to the previous item, provide a few other builds they can experiment with — optimization on/off, diagnostic on/off. Use container tags to identify these.
• Turn on operation logging
• Include wt in the container so we can dump the operation log as needed.
