WT-10968 introduced a set of non-standalone unit tests to the PR builds, in addition to the existing set of standalone unit tests in the ubuntu2004 builder. It would be worthwhile to evaluate the effectiveness of running 2 x sets of unit tests in PR builds, after a few months time keeping both running. We can remove the set of standalone unit tests if it turns out they do not add additional values on top of the set of non-standalone unit tests.
