Since the merge of WT-11008, the following issue is hit on our Windows hosts:
bash: line 3: /cygdrive/c/Python39/python: No such file or directory
This has nothing to do with WT-11008. It seems that Python39 has been removed in favour of Python311. This ticket should make sure Evergreen uses the right Python path for our Windows tests.
