Add an aggressive sweep server option for schema_abort

      It would be great to create a test that:

      • Performs schema operations (create, delete, ...)
      • Sets the sweep server to operate in an aggressive mode

      This test would ensure that handles are managed correctly.

      EDIT: We can improve the schema_abort test with an option to configure the sweep server to be aggressive.
