Create charts to show top N regions/functions with the highest cyclomatic complexity values

      As part of WT-11081 and WT-11080 tickets we collected, and ingested the code complexity data into Atlas WTCodeStatisticsDB database under the CodeComplexity collection, and created a couple of charts based on the data but we could not figure out the show the top 5 regions/functions with the highest cyclomatic complexity values.

      This ticket is to figure out how to create charts with dynamic values of Top 5 Regions list.
