Fix an incorrect comment in the query timestamp implementation

      There appears to be either a missing "no" in the comment here. It should read If there is [no] durable timestamp set..

      The comment is:

               * If there is durable timestamp set, there is nothing to return. No need to walk the
         * concurrent transactions.
