We want to either:

• Have Testy rely on AWS backups, and have Testy check the backup list (backups will be tagged) and then validate the snapshots on the list. The AWS backups will have a lifecycle manager that will delete periodically. Or
• Have Testy create the snapshots and validate the new snapshot. Then testy can be in charge of deleting the snapshots based on validation status. 

Investigate which option is better for the testy framework.
