      This ticket is to investigate and fix the comments/obsolete code in the WiredTiger code,
      For example - This code/comment [here|modified && page->modify->update_txn] is not true anymore after durable history. Eviction does not rely on transaction id's to evict the pages but it uses its snapshot details.
