Add stress testing for the hazard pointer logic. This (whitebox) test should stress the parallel addition, removal, and checking of hazard pointers for a variety of pages, and verify that pages that have hazard pointers are never deleted from under other threads.

This goal of this stress testing is to check for potential reordering bugs, and so should use a large number of threads with a large workload to properly stress the system
