Note this task is flagged setup so we don't have generated BFGs. As part of this ticket we should remove the setup tag on the task in evergreen.

This task is failing as of October 18. When I ran earlier commits it still failed so I don't think this is tied to a specific commit on develop. Potentially it's an issue on an older branch as the task runs for all release branches.

When I ran a patch trialing a revert of WT-11478 the patch instead returns
