Add missing compile step for ex_extra_diagnostics

      The file examples/c/ex_extra_diagnostics.c is used for code snippets in our docs, however it's not being built when we compile wiredtiger.
      This ticket adds ex_extra_diagnostics to the list of files to build in cmake
