This is hitting an assert added as part of the diagnostic code added in WT-11609, which aims to verify tables after every truncate operation.

The pattern that can be observed with this failure is a truncate operation followed by a series of insert/remove operations on the problem key. This makes it different from the issues we found in WT-11507 and WT-11845.
