Run more basic testing on zseries and power

      I think we are not running csuite / make-check and possibly other basic testing on zseries and power PC. Audit the tests we run on these platforms and include more testing there.

      Ideally we should have standardized some tasks that get run on all supported platforms. I think etienne.petrel@mongodb.com also spoke about standardizing the tests-set before.
