Add code coverage and the code change report to PR testing

      WT-9698 changed the code coverage measurement to run tests in parallel, reducing execution time (with the current test set) to approx 13 minutes which is fast enough to be included in PR testing.

      This ticket will add the tasks within 'Code Statistics (ARM64)' to PR testing.
