This ticket depends on WT-12233. This ticket should standardize the output from the WT tool which should make parsing the output easier. 

Motivation

To have the flexibility to utilizing the parsed data in many different ways for analytical and visualization purposes.

Acceptance criteria - 

Create a Python function and allow it to -

• Parse the output information from the WT tool in Python.
• Store the information in a structure (eg dict or list).
