Reduce runtime of csuite-tests-fast on the Ubuntu 20.04 ASAN variant

      We try to keep PR tests running under ~20 minutes to improve the turnaround time on testing, however the current csuite-test-fast task is taking 30-32 minutes to complete. We should look into one of the following:

      • Removing long running tests from the task,
      • Splitting the task into two buckets, or
      • Running the task on a larger host
