Upgrade Evergreen distros to Ubuntu 22.04

      A few of our major Evergreen build variants are currently running on ubuntu2004* distros. There is a new set of ubuntu2204* distros available in Evergreen. We should investigate and upgrade our build variants to the new set of distros if possible.
