Remove msan_suppression_wrappers.c once WiredTiger's minimum LLVM version is 14

      MSan reports false positives when populating memory via *stat() calls, and WT-11218  created msan_suppression_wrappers.c to suppress the false positives.
      Once WiredTiger's minimum supported LLVM version is 14 this fix will be available and we can remove the changes made in WT-11218.
