This ticket moves the inline scripts we make in the evergreen file for our tests into their own directory. This will clean up the evergreen file for better code readability. In this ticket we should move the following scripts:

• checkpoint test predictable
• schema abort predictable
• recovery stress test script
• format test predictable
• cppsuite test run
• format test tiered
• checkpoint stress test
