      This ticket moves the inline scripts we make in the evergreen file for building WT into their own directory. This will clean up the evergreen file for better code readability. In this ticket we should move the following scripts:

      • update wiredtiger docs
      • compile wiredtiger docs
      • configure wiredtiger
      • make wiredtiger
      • generate evergreen engflow bazelrc
