Increase the length of test/model runs from the current defaults (30min for regular runs, 10min for coverage runs) to cover a greater portion of the test space.

It is, in particular, important to increase the length of the coverage runs, because the code coverage reports often don't include lines that we know that we cover in our tests, albeit rarely.
