split cache stats into seperate groups

      Currently, plenty of cache statistics exist in the WiredTiger. Splitting them into individual statistics groups makes tracking and debugging an issue easy.

      The planned additional groups are

      1. Eviction-server
      2. Eviction-thread
      3. Eviction-app-thread
