WT-13383 added some new log lines related to eviction at "info" verbosity level. This is fine for some of them since they are not logged often, but for some others this has created a lot of noise. In particular, for "obtained exclusive eviction lock on btree" and "released exclusive eviction lock on btree" we may want to consider making these have a debug verbosity level.
