Reference GDoc: Q3 Log modularity review [PROP5]

We currently expose 72 functions (6 functions defined for 12 operations). Instead of exposing all 72 could we provide a single generic interface for the 6 functions and have them take an argument to specify which operation is worked on? We already enumerate all 12 operations in the WT_LOGOP_ enum.
