Developer Productivity are in the process of migrating our POWER hosts to POWER9 in a new data centre, and this will require changes in the WiredTiger Evergreen configuration. It is possible that the new POWER9 host configurations may need updates before they are suitable for WiredTiger.

This ticket will create patch builds that use the new POWER9 hosts, and identify, what, if anything, needs to be changed/updated to meet Storage Engines requirements, and create appropriate tickets (WT and/or DEVPROD) as required to make this happen.

This ticket will build on the work in WT-13643. The remaining work left for this ticket will be upgrading the PowerPC hosts to 9.0
