This is a critical piece of stress testing functionality and one we need to prioritize in the coming sprint.

Test format should be able to run a live restore on a previously generated test format database.

Some things to consider are:

• How can we support restarting test format? Will likely require a test run script.
• Does test format support backup? Can we take a "snapshot" style backup during a run or after?
