Partially re-enable MacOS testing on waterfall (without artefact upload)

      As a result of issues with uploading artefacts in Evergreen becoming a CI blocker, WT-13950 disabled Mac testing temporarily.

      Since then we have got Mac compiles working again (after subsequent Mac incompatible code changes) in WT-13970, and re-enabled Mac compiles in Evergreen in WT-13977.

      There is a DEVPROD ticket investigating the artefact issue, and once that is closed, WT-13951 will fully re-enable Mac testing (with artefact upload).

      In the meantime, this ticket will re-enable Mac testing as much as possible without artefact uploads.
