Setting the WT_UNCOMMITTED_DATA and WT_DIRTY_DATA sub-level error codes have been implemented with corresponding python tests, but these scenarios are missing catch unit tests - these need to be added.

The expectation is that in each of the scenarios a SUB-LEVEL error code and message should be set.

Definition of Done
Unit tests are created where they reproduced the problem, and made sure that they return the appropriate sub-level error code and message.
