I plan to do a thorough review of the src/docs files related to logging, using this ticket to push any edits.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• src/docs/arch-log*
• src/docs/cursor-log.dox
• src/docs/durability-log.dox
• src/docs/locks-log.html

I'll also look for long comments in dist/log*.py and src/log/* and review for correctness.
